Who Am I

My name is Andrew Herbert (BSc Hons) and I'm just on the upper side of 40 years old. Following a sucessful 20 year career working for a multi-national company in a wide variety fo roles I became another casualty of the recent plummet in Technology stocks. This life changing event caused me to examine my personal strengths and goals in life and I decided to set up a business to provide cost-effective IT support and consultancy for both home users and small businesses.

Many people now buy computers and everything is fine until something goes awry or they need an upgrade such as a CD rewriter or memory fitting. Who can they turn to; the big retaillers will sell you the component and then charge you to fit it if you bring the machine into their service department. I feel there is a need for someone who you can call who will visit you in your own home and help you out.

• Microsoft trained - currently working towards MCSA which should be complete by year end.
• Networking CompTIA N+ training in November.
• ISO9000 Lead assessor qualified.
• School of hard knocks graduate.
